The Bakers of this City had by way of a Confederacy secretly agreed among them∣selves that in regard they could not sell their Bread at their own pleasure, and make it at their own Assiize, that therefore they would not bake at all, by means whereof the City for two days together was destitute of Bread, for which offence they were all in∣dicted,
