THere were sacri∣fices of Thanks∣giving under the Law, Lev. 7.2. & 22.29.

In offering the sacri∣fice of thanksgiving, we must declare his works with rejoicing, Ps. 107.22. & 116.17.

We ought to enter in∣to his gates with praise and into his courts with thanksgiving, being thankfull unto him and blesse his Name, Ps. 100.4.

Thanksgiving and praise are both joyned together unto Gods name, 1 Chron. 29.13.

It was an appoint∣ment every morning & evening for the Levites

to stand and thank and praise the Lord, 1 Chr. 23.30.

It must be given al∣wayes unto God for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Eph. 5.20.

We ought to be care∣full for nothing, but in every thing to let our prayer and supplication with thanksgiving bee put up unto God, Phil. 4.6.

Rooted and built up in Christ, and stablished in the faith, we should abound therein with thanksgiving, Col. 2 7.

We should continue in prayer, and watch therein with thankes∣giving, Col. 4.2.

Whatsoever we doe in word or deed, wee should do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus giving thanks to God the Father rhrough him Col. 3.17.

Sufficient thanks can hardly be given for all the Saints, wherewith the Saints joy in one another, 1 Thes. 3.9.
