His goodnesse layed up for them that feare him, is unexpressable, Ps. 31.19.
He is good and up∣right, and therefore will teach sinners in the way, Psal. 25.8.
He prevents his Saints with the blessings there∣of, Psal. 21.3.
His name is good, Psal. 54.6.
His loving kindnesse is good, Psal. 69.16.
He is good to his Is∣rael, even to the cleane in heart, Psal. 73.1.
He is good and does good, Psal. 119.68.
He is good unto all, and his tender mercies are over all his works, Ps. 145.9. Jer. 33.11.
He is good, and a strong hold in the day of trouble, Nah. 1.9.
He is abundant in goodnesse and trueth, Exod. 34.6.
The earth is full there∣of, Ps. 33.5.
It is said to be a high prerogative to dwell in his courts, and to be satisfied with the good∣nesse of his house, Psal. 65.4.
He is called the Saints goodnesse, and their for∣tresse, Psal. 144.2.
It is mentioned unto God for a strong plea for mercy, to utter thereupon the memory of his great goodnesse, and to sing of his righ∣teousnesse, Ps. 145.7.
It is an expression of the Church, to mention his mercies and loving kindnesses, according unto all he hath be∣stowed out of his great goodnesse, &c. Isa. 63.7.
It is so great, that men are said in the lat∣ter dayes to take such notice thereof, as to

His beauty therewith is said to be unexpres∣able great, when corn and wine should make the young men & maids cheerfull, Zech. 9.17.

Trials touching it.
It is such as makes men to fear and trem∣ble for the greatnesse thereof, Ier. 33.9.
The greatnes there∣of is matter of delight unto his saints, Neh. 9.25.
He blots out the saints transgressions for his goodnesse sake, Ps. 25.7.
It is matter of thank∣fulnesse and praise, Ezra. 3.11. Ps. 107.1.
He is good unto them that wait for him, and to the soul that seekes him, Lam. 3.25.
We ought to rejoice for all the good he does to his people, Exod. 18.9.
As one of his great∣est favours, he made all his goodnes to passe before Moses, Exod. 33.16.
It was an encourage∣ment which Moses u∣sed to Hobab, for to stay with him, the par∣ticipation thereof, Num. 10 33.
It is matter of bles∣sing of God for all his goodnesse and truth of promise unto his saints, 1 King. 8.66. 2 Chron. 7.10.
Complaint is made not to have served God in his great goodnesse, unto that he gave his people in a good land
