THe summe of religion & Christianity is to do the will of God; and this is the will of God, even our Sanctifi∣cation, at the 3. v. of this chapter. This is the whole duty of man, and we may say of it, as the Father doth of the Lords prayer, quantum substringitur verbis, * 1.1 tan∣tum diffunditur sensibus, though it be contracted, and comprized in a word, yet it poures forth it self in a Sea of matter and sense.
