Second Lesson. Matt. 26. 18.

AND Jesus came, and spake to them saying, All Power is given unto me both in Heaven and Earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all Nati∣ons, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the World, Amen.

Acts 8. 14. Now when the Apostles, that were at Jerusalem, heard that Sama∣ria had receiv'd the Word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John.

Who when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost.

For as yet he was fallen on none of them, only they were baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus.

Then laid they their Hands on them, and they receiv'd the Holy Ghost.

John 20. 21. As my Father sent me, so send I you;

Whose-soever Sins ye remit they are remitted unto them, and whose-soever Sins ye retain they are retained.

1 Cor. 10. 16. The Cup of Blessing which we bless, is it not the Communion of the Blood of Christ?

The Bread which we break, is it not the Communion of the Body of Christ?

Acts 14. 23. And when they had or∣dain'd them Elders in every Church, and had prayed with Fasting, they com∣mended them to the Lord, in whom they believ'd.
