A Warrant to an Executor.

KNow all men by these Presents, That whereas R. C. late of, &c. in the, &c. Widow, the Relict and Admini∣stratrix of the Goods of T. C. late of the same place decea∣sed, made her last Will and Testament in Writing, bearing date, &c. and therein made and named P. D. of, &c. Now I E. C. eldest Son of the said T. C. deceased, and R. C. his wife deceased, to consent, that the said P. D. do prove the said Will, and take upon him the execution thereof, and administration of her Goods, & of my said Fathers Goods she left behind her at her death unadministred, for the be∣nefit of me and my Brother W. C. In witness, &c.
