Livery and Seisin to be Endorsed on a Deed.

MEmorandum, That peaceable and quiet Possession and Seisin of the Lands and Hereditaments within men∣tioned to be granted, was had and taken by the within-named A. B. the Attorney within-mentioned, and by him was delivered to the within-named M.G. the Bargainee in his own proper person, To hold to him the said M.G. and his Heirs, to the use of him the said M. G. and of his Heirs and Assigns for ever, according to the tenour, form, and effect of the within-written Deed, in the presence of us.
