THE Impediment of Honesty of publick Justice, when Marriages shall not for any reason be valid and of force, the Holy Synod wholly takes away, and nullifies; but where they shall be valid and effectual, they may not exceed the first Degree; because in degrees farther off, such Prohibition cannot now be observed without Expence.
