CHAP. VIII.

ALthough the Mass contain a large Instruction of a faithful People, yet the Fathers think it not convenient to be exercised publickly in the Vulgar Tongue. Wherefore the Antient approved Rite being retained every where, of every Church, even from the Holy Church of Rome, the Mother and Mistress of All Churches, the Sheep of Christ shall never hunger, nor the young ones ask Bread and there shall be none to break it to them.
