The Nineteenth Session, Celebrated the Four∣teenth of May, M.D.LXII. being the Third under Pope Pius the Fourth.

A Decree for Proroguing the Session.

THE most Holy, Oecumenick, and General Synod of Trent, lawfully assem∣bled in the Spirit of Holiness, the said Legates of the Apostolical See pre∣siding therein, have thought fit to Prorogue, and doth Prorogue, for some just and honest Causes, those Decrees which this day in the present Session were or∣dained and established, unto the Fifth Holiday, next ensuing the Feast of Corpus Christi, which shall be the Fourth of June; and doth order and summon all per∣sons to hold and celebrate the said Session on the same day. In the mean time let Prayers be made to God, and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Au∣thor of Peace; that he would Sanctify the hearts of all; that by his help, this Holy Synod may now and always be enabled to study and do those things which tend to his Praise and Glory.
