Mastick, Myrrhe, Oliba∣num, Sarcocoll ana ℥ ii. salt Nitre ℥ ii. ss Aqua vitae lib. i. powder those that are to be powdered, and distill them with a gentle fire, and receive the Water with a thin Oyle swimming aloft, which separate apart by it selfe; but the thickest Oyle in the bottome separate by straining, which is the Balme.
