A Lapfull of wilde Mallowes; boile them in running Water untill they be tender, then swing them in a Cloth, and chop them small; then take a penni∣worth of sweete Butter, and the crums of Manchet, and put the Mallowes, and all, into a quart of Milke, and boile it untill it be thicke, and lay it to the griefe as hot as can be suff••red.
