PRecipe J. M. quod juste, &c. ten. J. S. & P. uxori ejus Conventionem, &c. de quarta pate unius Mesuagii in A. Et nisi, &c.

ET est Concordia talis, scilicet (Release and Waranty, ut supra) Et pro hac Recogn. &c. pre∣dicti J. S. & P. concesserunt prefato J. M. quartam partem predictam, & illam ei reddiderunt in eà∣dem Curia. habend. & tenend. quartam partem predictam prefato J. M. & assign. suis à die quo hec Concordia facta fuit usque finem unius Mensis integri, & immediate post expirationem inde quar∣ta pars predicta integre remanebit cuidam W. B. habend. sibi & heredibus suis imperpetuum. Te∣nend. de domino feodi illius pro tempore existen. per servicia, &c.
