Authorizing the justices of assize to set rates in the counties, etc. as an aid to Sir Giles Mompesson (and two others) in enforcing his patent for rating the prices of horsemeat.
The letters patent signed and dated on p. 16: VVestminster the fourth day of Nouember, in the sixteenth yeere of our reigne of England, France and Ireland, and of Scotland the two and fiftieth.
