¶Our lorde ouerthrowe and bre∣ke in sondre euery Inuencyon of perdycyon, and graunte the conty∣nuaunce of his fayth to vs, and re∣store vs to the lyght of trewth, whi¦che long tyme hath be derkyd with the clowdes of mēnes tradycyons so ferforth that the glorye whiche oughte to be gyuen to the name of god, hathe hytherto ben translated to other names, thorowe false doc∣tryne, and fayned holynes, whiche haue almoste dystroyed the trewe Chrysten fayth.
¶Be it refourmed, whan Goddes wyll is. Amen.
