CAP. III.

THese are the sonnes of Dauid whiche [ A] were borne him in to Hebron: the eldest Amnon of Ahinoam the Iezrahelitesse. The .ij. Daniel by Abigail the Carmelitesse. The .iij. Absalom the son of Maacah daugh∣ter of Tholmai kynge of Gesur. The, iiij Ado∣niah the sonne of Hagith. The .v. Saphatiah by Abital. The .vi. Iethraā by Eglah his wife These .vi. were borne him in Hebrō where he raygned seuen yeres and syxe monethes. And [ B] in Ierusalem he raygned .xxxiij. yere.

And these were borne him in Ierusalem: Samua, Sobab, Nathan, and Salomon: these .iiij. of ye daughter of* 1.1 Bath Sua & the daughter of Amiel. Thē Iebahar* 1.2 Elisama, Elphalet, Nogeh, Nepheg, Iaphia, Elisama, Eliada, and Eliphelet: nyne in nūbre. These are al the sonnes of Dauid, beside the sonn{is} of his concubines and Thamar their syster.

Salomons sonne was Roboam, whose [ C] sonne was Abiah: and Asa was his sonne, and Iosaphat his sonne: whose sonne was Ioram: and his sonne was Ohoziah, and Io∣as was sonne to hym. And his sonne was Amaziah, and his sonne was Azariah, and his sonne was Iotham. And Achaz was hys sonne, and Ezechias was sonne to hym, and Manasses was his sonne. And Amon was hys Sonne, And Iosias was sonne to hym. And the sonnes of Iosias were, the Eldest sonne Iohanan, the seconde Ioakim, the thyrde Zedekiah,* 1.3 and the fourth Selum. The sonnes of Ioakim were Ieconi∣ah [ D] his sonne, whose sonne was Zedekiah.

The sonnes of Ieconiah ye Prysoner were Salathiel, Melchiram, Phadaiah, Senazer, Iecamiah: Hosama and Nadabiah. The son¦nes of Phadaiah were Zorobabel & Semei. The sonnes of Zorobabel, Mosolam, Ana∣niah and Salumith their syster, and Hasu∣bah, Ohel, Barachiah, Hasadiah, Iosab He¦sed, fyue in noumbre. The sonnes of Anani∣ah: Phaltiah and Iesaiah, whose sonne was Raphiah, and his sonne Arnan, and his sonne was Obdiah, and his sonne Sechaniah. The sonne of Sechaniah was Semaiah. And the sonnes of Semaiah were Hatus, Iegal, Ba¦riah, Naariah, Sephat, and Hesa, sixe. And the sonnes of Naariah, were Elioenai, Eze∣chias, and Azticam, three. And the sonnes of Elioenai, were Hodaiah, Eliasib, Pheleiah, Akub, Iohanan, Dalaiah, and Anani, seuen.
