A. 1. Daily reading. 2. Learning the Ca∣techisme, the grounds of religion. 3. Hearing the word with mind and affection, both read and preached publikely, by Gods ministers. 4. Medi∣tation in mind, to vnderstand the doctrine gathe∣red, and in heart to affect the vse made, after I haue either read or heard it. 5. Conference by as∣king of superiours and Ministers, by reasoning with equals, and teaching inferiours, all in reuerence and humilitie, to vnderstand that I know not, to be resolued in that I doubt of, and to call to me∣morie, what I haue forgotten. 6. Continuall prayer with practise of it in my particular calling.
