¶ No manne maie minister in the Congregation, except he be called.

[ 24] IT is not lawf•••• for any man to take vpon him the office of Publique preaching, or mi∣nistring the sacramentes in the congrega∣tion, before he be lawfullie called, and sent to exe∣cute thesame. And those we ought to iudge law∣fullie called, and sent, whiche be chosen, and cal∣led to this woorke by menne, who haue publique auctoritie geuen vnto them in the congregation, to cal, and sende ministres into the Lordes vine∣yarde.
