TAke Cin••mone two ounces, Ginger one ounce, long Pep∣per, graines of Paradice, Gallingale of each two drams, Cardamomes two ounces Nutmeggs, Cloves, Maces of each two drams and a halfe. Seane two ounces. Anni-seed and Fennell-seed, of either six drams, boile all these in two pints of Malmesey, and two pints of white wine, and o••e pint of Pri∣me-rose-water untill two pints be consumed, being boyled let it be strained, wringing and pressing the Liquor from the spices, put thereto one pound of Sugar, and so cle••e it through an Hypocras bagg, and make it Hippocras according to Art.
