A DEFENCE OF A TREATISE AGAINST SVPERSTI∣TIOVS IESƲ-WORSHIP, Falsely called Scandalous, against the truely Scandalous Answer of the Parson of Westminston in Sussex. Wherein also the whole Structure of his ΑΝΤΙΤΕΙΧΙΣΜΑ, so farre as it concernes the point in controversie is over∣throwne, the truth more fully cleared, and the iniquitie of that Superstition more through∣ly detected.
BY M. G. the Author of the former Treatise, pub∣lished Anno Dom. 1642.
1 TIM. 6. 3.If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is accor∣ding to godlinesse, he is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about que∣stions, and strifes of words, whereof commeth envy, strife, railings, evill surmisings.
Printed at London for Daniel Frere, and are to be sold at his Shop, at the signe of the red Bull in Little-Britaine, 1643.
