AN ACT For Continuing the High Court of Justice.

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and the Authority thereof, That all and every the respective Commissioners of the High Court of Iustice, Constituted and Appointed by several Acts of this present Parliament, and now Members of that Court; and all and every the Powers and Authorities of the said High Court, with their several Limitations and Restrictions, shall continue in force until the last day of December next ensuing.
