As the best foundation of Loyalty is Christianity; so true Chri∣stianity teaches perfect Loyalty: for, without this reciprocation, neither is truly what they pretend to be.87. A King should chuse such Commissioners for any Treaty with Rebels, as will neither be threatned nor disputed from the grounds He hath given them.88.
