If you perceive too much heat in those Parts, for omne nimium vertitur in vicium, use cooling Herbs, as Endive, Succory, Housleek, Lettice, Plantane, Pur∣slane, these clarified in Whey are very good and whol∣som; as also, Roses, Water Lillies, Cucumers, the Seeds of Cucumers, and Melones, of Poppies both white and black &c.
