1. THE Obvious or Literal Sense of Scripture is the True and Real one, where no evident Reason can be given to the contrary.
II. That which is clearly account∣able in a natural way, is not with∣out reason to be ascrib'd to a Mi∣raculous Power.
III. What Ancient Tradition asserts of the constitution of Nature, or of the Origin and Primitive States of the World, is to be allow'd for True, where 'tis fully agree∣able to Scripture, Reason, and Philosophy.
