PROP. XVI. The Sun's Declination, Altitude and Azimuth known, to find the Hour of the Day.

The Analogy or Proportion is.

As the Sc. of the Sun's Declination,

To the S. of the Azimuth,

So is the Sc. of the Altitude,

To the S. of the Hour from Noon: which con∣verted into Time, will shew the Hour of the Day.
