In nature, A∣nimantis cujus{que} vita est fuga: Life, were it not for the repair by daily 〈◊〉〈◊〉, would be soon extinguished. And when the stranger made scruple of eating flesh in Lent, say∣ing I am a Christian, and may not do it: Nay therefore thou maist* 1.3 do it said he, because to the pure all things are pure, and the 〈◊〉〈◊〉 of God consisteth not in meats and drinks, &c.
