AS a child in the Mothers wombe,* 1.1 the longer it is in the wombe before it comes
forth, the bigger the child will be, and the more pain it will put the Mother
unto: Thus it is with God, though he hath leaden feet, yet he hath iron hands; the
longer he is before he strikes, the heavier the blow will be when he strikes, the
longer he keeps-in his wrath, and is patient toward a People or a Nation, the big∣ger
the child of wrath will be when it comes forth, and the greater will be their
misery and affliction.
