for the same thing: now if he who is so sued pleads the said Deed or Fine with Warranty, and demands Iudgment, if the Plaintiff shall be received to demand the thing which he ought to warrant, against that Warranty, by Fine or Deed aforesaid, comprehending such Warranty, such Pleading of the Warranty is called a Re∣butter.
