wife within a certain time, and he does not espouse her within the said term, or espouses ano∣ther woman, or makes him∣self Priest, or enters in Re∣ligion, or disables himself so that he cannot take her, accord∣ing to the said Condition; then the Donor and her Heirs shall have the said Writ against him, or against whosoever is in the said Land. But this Condition must be made by Indenture, otherwise this Writ doth not lie. And all these, and other Writs of Entry, may be made in the Per, Cui, and Post.
