1. PReserve me b 1.3 O God: for in thee do I put my trust c 1.4.

2. * 1.5 O my soul d 1.6, thou hast said e 1.7 unto the LORD, Thou art my Lord f 1.8: * 1.9 my good∣ness g 1.10, extendeth not to thee h 1.11;

3. But i 1.12 to the Saints that are in the Earth k 1.13, and to the excellent l 1.14 in whom is all my delight m 1.15.

4. Their sorrows shall be multiplied that ‖ 1.16 hasten after another God n 1.17: their drink offrings o 1.18 of blood p 1.19 will I not offer, * 1.20 nor take up their names q 1.21 into my lips.

5. * 1.22 The LORD is the portion † 1.23 of mine inhe∣ritance r 1.24, and of my cup s 1.25: thou maintainest my lot t 1.26 * 1.27

6. * 1.28 The lines u 1.29 are fallen unto me in plea∣sant places x 1.30; yea, I have a goodly heritage.

7. I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel y 1.31; my reins z 1.32 also instruct me a 1.33 in the night-seasons b 1.34.
