PSAL. CXII.

This Psalm containeth a description of a good mans gracious disposition and carriage, as also of his blessed condition even in this life as well as in the next.

1 * 1.1 PRaise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD a 1.2, that de∣lighted greatly b 1.3 in his commandments c 1.4.

2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the ge∣neration d 1.5 of the upright shall be blessed.

3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house e 1.6: and his righteousness f 1.7 endureth for ever.

4 Unto the upright there ariseth * 1.8 light in the darkness g 1.9: he h 1.10 is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

5 A good man sheweth favour and lendeth i 1.11; he will guide his * 1.12 affairs k 1.13 with † 1.14 discretion l 1.15.

6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever m 1.16: the righteous shall be in everlasting remem∣brance n 1.17.

7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings o 1.18: his 〈◊〉〈◊〉 fixed, trusting in the LORD p 1.19.

8 His heart is established, * 1.20 he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies q 1.21.

9 * 1.22 He hath dispersed r 1.23, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness s 1.24 endureth for e∣ver t 1.25; † 1.26 his horn shall be exalted with honour u 1.27.

10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved x 1.28, he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away; the desire y 1.29 of the wicked shall perish.
