Take Polypody an ounce and a half, Carthamus seeds an ounce, Cinamon three drams, leaves of Sena, white Turbith and Orange peel, of each two drams; white Gin∣ger, the lesser Galangal and Mace, of each a dram; species Diacymini and Dianisi, of each half a dram; and one Bay-berry. The Species being mixed and put in a linen Rag, let them be put in when the Cock is almost boiled enough.
