Take Extract of Balm three drams, species of Dia∣moschu dulce a dram and a half, white Amber prepared a dram, our Troches of Pearls, Ambergriese, of each a scruple. Mix them, and with Confectio Alkermes dissolved in water of Lily of the valley make a mass for Pills; afterward with Oyl of Cloves and Marjo∣ram, of each a like quantity, make Pills of the big∣ness of a small Pease, which gild with gold.
