The Devill acts not onely powerfully, but al∣so subtilly and craftily, he will endea∣vour to divert you from the performance of duty, he will perswade you to neglect it if he can; But it may be thou wilt say, thou wilt direct thy prayer unto God, and thou wilt have thine eye fixed upon God.
