Reason of the Order.

THE passage in the preceding Section, concerning the unkindness and madness of his Townsmen of Nazareth, and concerning the danger of his person by them, doth so clear the dependence of this Section on that, that there needs no more for the proof of the dependence, than meerly laying them together: For although Matthew hath not mentioned the occasion of his leaving of Nazareth, yet Luke hath, and hath ad∣ded, that he got from among the men of Nazareth, and came down to Capernaum: and so he hath not only cleared Matthews order, but hath also expounded his words, And leaving Nazareth: shewing the reason of his leaving it.
