The Third Part.

1
A Wedding-garment is a sign
Of joy and sweet delight,
And so that righteousness of thine
Is, Lord, in our own sight:
2
In it we do rejoyce always,
'Tis this which makes us glad;
Such may rejoyce well all their days
Who are so bravely clad.
3
A Wedding-Garment 'tis also
Richly Embroidered,
No Princess e're was cloathed so
That King did ever wed:
4
It shines bespangled with Gold,
And such who have it on
The King with joy does them behold,
And loves to look upon.

How may we then continually
In Jesus Christ rejoyce!
And sing to him melodiously
With heart and chearful voice!
