A Testimonial for conveying a Rogue who hath been punished.

B. a sturdy Vagrant Beggar (of middle personage, Black haired, having a Scar in the right Cheek) aged about 30 years, was this 10. day of Novemb. in the 32 year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King Charles the Second over England, &c. openly whipped at T. in the said County (according to Law)* 1.1 for a wandring Rogue, and is assigned to pass forthwith from Parish to Parish by the Officers thereof the next streight way to R. in the
