Kanc. ss. WHereas Complaint hath been made unto me this
present day by A. B. of, &c. That one C. D. having been bound and put Apprentice to him the said A. B. is now lately, contrary to Law, departed from his said Master without his Li∣cence, or other Lawfull discharge. These are therefore (in His Majestie's name) to charge and command you, that you, some or one of you, do attach the said C. D. when and where he shall be found within your several Limits and Precincts. And thereupon do fur∣ther bring him before me, or some other of his Majestie's Justices of and within the said County to answer to the premisses. And fur∣ther to be dealt withall according to Law.
