For delivering a Moiety of such Coals as are sold contrary to the Statute to the Informer.

To the Constable and Borsholders of, &c.

Kent ss. FOr as much as A. B. of, &c. is* 1.1 duly convicted before us, (ac∣cording to the form of the Statute in that be∣half made, intituled, An Act for regulating the measures and prices of Coals) That hea 1.2 did lately expose to sale forty Chauldron of Coals of the value of, &c. (contrary to the form of the Statute aforesaid:) These are therefore (in His Majestie's name) to will and require you

to seize the Coals aforesaid, and the double value thereof; and that you do deliver the one half of the Coals and value aforesaid unto C. D. (being the person prosecuting in this behalf) to his use, and likewise that you do imploy and dispose the other half of the same to and for the use of the Poor, or Repairing of the High-ways of the Parish of M. where the said Offence was committed. Hereof fail not at your perils. Given under our hands and seals the, &c.
