UNder State Deprivations, Bishops and Clergy still retain their Spiritual Powers. To be inquired then, whether they are still bound to exer∣cise, and make use thereof. A Representation of the immoral ways, which are brought in by a wrong Payment of Allegiance. The same are incurr'd by Paying it to any, as a mere King in Fact.
