An approved Cure for the Swift Cut, or any hewing on the Legs whatsoever.

TAke a pint of White-wine, and put to it two or three spoonfulls of Hony. and stir them well together, then boyl them till they be well incorporated together, and brought to the body of an ointment. Then take it from the fire, and put in as much Turpentine, as there was Hony before, and stir all well together. Then strain it with this Salve somewhat hot, bath the Sores twice a day, and it is a most spec∣dy healer.
