1664. JOhn Smyth near Iniskean, for not paying 22 s. deman∣ded for Tythes, by John Adis and Peter Taylor, was Excommunicated and Imprisoned in Cork Goal above two years.
Thomas Cook, for not paying 6 s. demanded for Tythe Hay, was sued by Samuel Alford Priest of Mitchell's Town, in the Bi∣shop's Court, and Imprisoned in the Goal of Cork.
1667. Henry Faggetter was sued for Tythe by John Boyle of Castle-Lyons, and by a Writ Excom. Capiend. taken up, and cast into Prison; where he is still kept Prisoner on that Account.
