THis is the true grace of God wherein ye stand, 1 Pet. 5. 12.

The Law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, John 1. 17.

If by grace, then is it no more works, otherwise grace is no more grace: but if it be of works then is it no more of grace, otherwise work is no more work, &c. That he might have mercy on all, O the depth of the riches, both of the wisdom, &c. Rom. 11. 6, 32, 33.
