That the said Earl of Strafford without any le∣gal proceedings, and upon a Paper Petition of Richard Rolstone, did cause the said Lord Mont-Norris to be disseised and put out of possession of his Free-hold and Inheritance of his Mannor of Tymore in the County of Armagh, in the King∣dom of Ireland, the said Lord Mount-Norris having been two years before in quiet possession thereof.
