Like as his Majesties Commissioner read and gave in the Declaration fol∣lowing.

IT is alwaies hereby declared, by me his Ma∣jesties Commissioner, That the Practice of the Premises, prohibited within this Kirk and Kingdom of Scotland, shall never bind nor infer Censure against the Practices without the King∣dom. Which when the Commissioner desired to be Insert in the Register of the Kirk, and the Moderator, in the Name of the Assembly, re∣fused to give Warrant for such practice, as not agreeable with a good Conscience. His Grace urged, that it should be recorded at least that he made such a Declaration, whatsoever was the Assemblies Judgment in the contrary; and so it is to be understood to be insert here only recita∣tive.
