To conclude our Heraldry, the Arms of this Illu∣strious
City shall bring up the Rear, as well as it
has been placed in the Front. It is Argent, Cross
Gules, with the Sword of St. Paul, not Sir William
Wallworth's Dagger, as some have conceited; for
this Coat did belong to the City before the said Sir
William Walworth, Lord Mayor, slew the Rebel
Wat Tyler, as learned Antiquaries Affirm.
