Licet nuper de avisamento & assensu Consilij nostri pro quibusdam arduis & ur∣gentibus negotiis, &c. quoddam Parliamentum nostrum apud Eborum vicesimo secundo die instantis Mensis Septembris teneri ordinaverimus, pro eo talem quod, ut certitudinaliter informamur, Rebelles, Inimici, & Adversarij nostri Regnorum Franciae & Scotiae, Regnum nostrum Angliae hostiliter ingredi, & Invadere proponunt, vi armata, &c. Nos eorum malitiae, quantum in nobis est (Deo duce) omni festinatione pos∣sibili obviare & resistere volentes, &c. vobis igitur, de avisamento & assensu Consilij nostri; quod, Brevi & Ordinatione nostris praedictis non obstantibus non teneamini ad Parliamentum hujusmodi, die & lo∣co praedictis venire, &c.
