Cum nuper de avisamento & aslensu Consilij nostri pro quibusdam arduis & urgentibus negotiis, nos, sta∣tum, & defensionem Regni nostri Angliae, ac Ecclesiae Anglicanae con∣cernentibus, quoddam Parliamentum nostrum apud Westm’ 8. die Julij proximo praeterito teneri ordinavimus; & ibidem vobiscum, ac¦cum caeteris Praelatis, Magnatibus, & Proceribus dicti Regni nostri Colloquium habere & Tractatum; & vobis mandavimus quòd, consideratis dictorum negotiorum arduitate, & periculis iminentibus, dictis die & loco personaliter interessetis nobiscum, ac cum Praelatis, Magnatibus, & Proceribus praedictis super dictis negotiis tractaturi vestrúmque Consilium impensuri: Et licèt Parliamentum praedictum certis de causis usque ad quintum decimum diem proximum post Festum S. Michaelis ultimò praeteritum, duxerimus prorogandum; & vobis ac omnibus & singulis quorum intersint dederimus in mandatis; quod apud Westm’ dicto quinto decimo die, excusatione quâcunque cessante, personaliter conveniretis, & convenirent ad tractandum, communican∣dum, & consentiendum super hiis, quae tunc ibidem contingerent or∣dinari; vos tamen ad diem illum convenire distulistis, & adhuc differtis, in retardationem expeditionis negotiorum nostrorum supradictorum; vobis igitur firmiter injungendo mandamus, quòd praemissis consideratis, cessan∣te quâcun{que} excusatione, cum omni festinatione possibili personaliter inter∣sitis nobiscum, ac cum Praelatis, Magnatibus, & Proceribus praedictis, super dictis negotiis tractaturi, vestrúmque Consilium impensuri: Et¦hoc, sub periculo quod incumbit, nullatenus omittatis.
