Take spring water, and boyl it either in sil∣ver
or other clean skillet, or in a pewter pot set in hot water, and let it onely boil and no more, and then cool it, And let the patient make it his drink untill the fever be gone, and if the party have a choice palate, put in a little white sugarcandy to take away the taste of the water.
