PSAL. XXXII.

BLessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

THe man is blessed unto whom in mercy is remitted All the transgression he hath done, whose sin is also covered.

2 Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity: and in whose spirit the•…•… is no guile,

2 The man is blessed unto whom the Lord iniquitie Imputeth not; and in whose sprite at all no guile there be.

3 When I kept silence, my bones waxed old, through my roaring all the day long.

3 At what time I did silence keep, my bones that were once strong Ev'n through my roaring waxed old, and that all the day long.

4 For day and night thy hand was heavy up∣on me; my moisture is turned unto the drought of summer. Selah.

4 For both by night and day thy hand was heavy upon me, Which made into the summers drought my moisture turn'd to be. Selah.

5 I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid:

5 To thee the sin that I had done acknowledge then I did, Likewise mine own iniuqitie from thee I have not hid.

I said, I will confesse my transgressions unto the Lord, and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

I my transgressions will confesse unto the Lord, said I▪

And then thou diddest of my sin forgive th'iniquity. Selah.

6 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee, in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

6 For this in times thou may'st be found, each godly shall thee pray, Surely in flouds of waters great not near him come shall they.

7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt pre∣serve me from trouble, thou shalt compasse me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

7 Thou art my hiding place, thou shalt from trouble keep me free: Thou with songs of deliverance about shalt compasse me. Selah.

8 I will iustruct thee, and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide the with mine eye.

8 I will instruct thee, and I will now teach thee in the way Which thou shalt go: I will also thee guide with mine own eye.

9 Be ye not as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, test they come neer •…•…to thee:

9 Be yee not as the horse, or as the mule which have no wit Whose mouth lest they come neer must be with bridle held and bit.

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercie shall com∣passe him about.

10 Unto the man that wicked is, much sorrows shall befall. But he that trusteth in the Lord, him mercy compasse shall

11 Be glade in the Lord, and rejoice ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are up∣right in heart.

11 Ye righteous in the Lord be glade, in him rejoice do ye; And do ye shout for joy, ye all in heart that upright be.
